Parma figs salad served with Dolcelatte®
Serves 4
Prep: less then 30 minutes
- 150 g Galbani Dolcelatte
- 1 - 2 packs of Parma ham
- 5 - 10 figs
- Olives
- Put the Parma ham on the bottom of a serving plate.
- Cut the figs in quarters and the Dolcelatte into small cubes.
- Spread both over the ham, scatter with olives before serving.
