Broccoli and Dolcelatte® Soup
Serves 2
Prep: less then 30 minutes
- 250ml water or vegetable stock
- 250g broccoli florets
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 80g Galbani Dolcelatte® classico
- Boil the water in a saucepan.
- Add the Broccoli florets, bring to boil and cook until the broccoli is slightly tender (2-3 minutes).
- Season, then transfer the florets with a small amount of the boiled broccoli water to a liquidiser.
- Blend until smooth.
- Ladle the soup into serving bowls and serve with sprinkling on top small cubes of Galbani Dolcelatte® classico.
